AGAINST: Prosecution charged that Anthony suffocated Caylee with duct tape on her mouth and nose.

FOR:There was no DNA from Anthony found on Caylee's remains.

AGAINST:Prosecution charged that Anthony wrapped the child's body in a blanket

FOR:No fluid from decomposition was found on the blanket wich were with the child's remains.

AGAINST:Prosecution charged that Anthony kept the girl's body in the trunk until it smelled.

FOR:The defense said the smell came from rotten food.
